Paramount Land Wholesale Property Awards
Through its numerous projects, Paramount Land, a prominent real estate developer, once again won accolades at the 2024 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards held at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Hotel in South Jakarta last weekend. The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards is an annual industry recognition program for the real estate sector that has been organized by PropertyGuru since 2015.
Paramount Land received 10 awards, including Best Township Developer, Best Township Masterplan Design for Paramount Petals, Best Wellness Residential Development and Best Smart Home Development for Matera Residences, Best Lifestyle Retail Architectural Design for Hampton Square & Hampton Avenue, and Best Housing Landscape Design for Pasadena Grand Residences.
The company also won several awards for Matera Residences, including Luxury Housing Architectural Design and Eco-Friendly Housing Development, as well as awards for Paramount Petals as Township Development Greater Jakarta and Menteng Grand as High-End Housing Development Greater Jakarta.
Paramount Land's President Director, M. Nawawi, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating that the awards were a testament to the support and trust of all stakeholders, partners, and the entire team who have delivered their best work in the property industry.

Another self-sustaining city developed by Paramount Land in 2021 is Paramount Petals, located along the Jakarta-Merak toll road corridor at Km 25, Tangerang, Banten. It has successfully won two categories based on long-term planning as a fully-equipped, self-sustaining city for future development.
The principles of sustainable development have been implemented by integrating good urban planning, aesthetics, green open spaces, and other elements to create a comfortable social environment and a better area for residential, business, and lifestyle purposes.
Henry Napitupulu, Paramount Land's Director of Planning & Design, added that with the changing times, integrated residential developments within a larger area have become a trend in the domestic property industry, driven by the growing need for comfortable, practical, and environmentally-friendly living spaces with supporting facilities for modern lifestyles.
"One of the residential developments by Paramount Land in Gading Serpong, Matera Residences 'Luxurious Living with Greenery Environment,' has successfully won four awards at this event.
