Bank DKI has partnered with PT ATDXT Teknologi Indonesia to enhance the sales and utilization of the JakCard electronic card.

To formalize this collaboration, Amirul Wicaksono, the Director of Technology and Operations at Bank DKI, signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with Murthy Gurunathan Saravana, the Chairman and President Director of ATDXT Group, along with Eka Gunawan, the Director of PT ATDXT Teknologi Indonesia, in Jakarta recently.

"This partnership is a significant step for Bank DKI in optimizing and expanding the reach of JakCard services, while also facilitating public access to public transportation and tourist attractions managed by the Jakarta Provincial Government," stated Amirul, as quoted in an official release from Bank DKI.

Agus H Widodo, the President Director of Bank DKI, emphasized that the collaboration with ATDXT is a strategic move to strengthen the digital ecosystem in Jakarta. "In addition to simplifying public access to transportation and tourist destinations in Jakarta, JakCard is also part of the initiative to position Jakarta as a global city," he remarked.

The JakCard from Bank DKI is utilized for integrated payment of public transportation in Jakarta, covering services such as JakLingko, Transjakarta, KRL, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and LRT Jabodebek.

Furthermore, JakCard can be used for entry payments at various tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, including Monas, Ragunan Zoo, Ancol, Fatahillah Museum, Prasasti Museum, Joang 45 Museum, MH Thamrin Museum, Arts and Ceramics Museum, Wayang Museum, and the Rumah Si Pitung site.

JakCard top-ups can be performed through the Tokopedia application and the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI, utilizing devices equipped with NFC features and the Bank DKI ATM network.

Arie Rinaldi, the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, expressed the bank's aspiration to significantly increase the number of JakCard users in the future and to expand the digital payment ecosystem, thereby supporting Jakarta's ambition to become a global city.

Murthy Gurunathan conveyed his confidence that ATDXT can play a significant role in promoting and enhancing the use of JakCard, while also advancing digital financial inclusion in Jakarta.
